Local Workshop Explores Reshoring U.S. Manufacturing Jobs – MFRTech (press release)

Ohio workshop to explore reshoring U.S. Manufacturing jobs. Companies have reshored about 50,000 manufacturing jobs, which is 10% of the total U.S. manufacturing jobs added since the low of Jan. 2010. Universal use of the Reshoring Initiative’s Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Estimator software would bring back about 25% of what has been offshored. Dayton Region Manufacturers Association in conjunction with other local organizations is hosting a workshop, To Offshore or Reshore?, featuring Harry Moser, Founder of the Reshoring Initiative at AMTS 2012.
