New Call Telecom in East Lancashire, which owns the Primus Saver brand, is to create 20 jobs.
The new positions at the Burnley-based business will take its workforce up to 190 staff.
New Call has grown its staff numbers in recent years after reshoring its contact centre operation from Mumbai in India to Burnley in 2011.

New Call Telecom was founded in 2010.
