Bucking the trend and on-shoring significant service lines, this firm is offering talented and driven individuals the chance to be heavily involved in global initiatives.

Candidates will lead teams of Managers and Analysts working with international regions and delivering services across (if you’ll excuse the acronyms) P2P, R2R or O2C. This will involve a broad range of BAU and change work, but with the emphasis firmly on delivering business transformation. For this reason it won’t suit the faint hearted or those wanting an easy life.

Candidates should fit the following profile:

* Excellent academics with a good degree from a decent university
* Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) with a number of years PQE in industry
* Shared Service Centre experience
* Strong process and controls background
* Detail oriented with good project management skills
* Brilliant interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at the highest level

Once on board, you will have ownership of a service line for a country or region, with responsibility for delivering the service, improving processes and controls and building a cohesive team.
