On November 20, 2025, Harry Moser — founder and president of the Reshoring Initiative, and co-author with Dr. Lisa Lang of the 3-part reshoring article series featured on this site — testified before the U.S. House Committee on Small Business at its hearing, “Made in the USA: How Main Street is Revitalizing Domestic Manufacturing.” Moser and three other witnesses discussed policy recommendations to accelerate reshoring, including capital equipment tariff exemptions, steel and aluminum tariff relief, and workforce development.
