highlighting this year’s two-day tradeshow and technical conference
taking place June 13-14 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, MI.
Presenters include Harry Moser, Founder, Reshoring Initiative; Mark
Bringle, Technical Sponsor and Marketing Director, Joe Gibbs Racing;
Gary Jurick, VP and General Manager, ROUSH Performance Products; and
Bill Wood, President, Mountaintop Economics.
Speaking about this year’s featured presenters, amerimold
conference director, Christina Fuges noted, “The keynote presentations
are always a highlight of amerimold. To be able to feature four
presenters with the perspective and expertise of Harry, Mark, Bill and
Gary is really exciting and will certainly bring added value and energy
to this year’s show.”
On Wednesday, June 13th, Harry Moser will open the show with
a panel discussion on “How to Bring Back Manufacturing.” Moser’s
presentation will focus on the Reshoring Initiative, which aims to bring
manufacturing work back by assisting companies in more accurately
assessing the total cost of offshoring.
The day’s featured keynote, “Technology Driving Concept to Car,” will
examine a program allowing Joe Gibbs Racing to take a concept on Monday
to the racetrack on Wednesday using advanced CAE tools, FDM, Metrology
and CNC machines. Mark Bringle will deliver this noon, NASCAR-themed
presentation just days before a Sprint Cup race at nearby Michigan
International Speedway.
On Thursday, June 14th, Gary Jurick, ROUSH Performance
Products, will open the show with a presentation titled, “Vertical
Integration – Designing and Manufacturing the 2013 ROUSH Mustang.”
Jurick’s session will discuss the benefits of ROUSH’s start-to-finish
manufacturing capabilities through an examination of the design and
build of the ROUSH Mustang.
Day two’s lunch keynote will feature Bill Wood, President, Mountaintop
Economics and Research. Woods presentation, “How to Consume
Competitiveness,” will look at market trends and economic forecasts that
will empower manufacturers to more intelligently and profitably run
their business.
