A Burlington IT consulting firm is eyeing an expansion of “onshoring” centers in the US, as part of a wider of trend of some technology and manufacturing firms coming to the realization that shipping jobs to China, India and elsewhere isn’t always as cost-efficient as touted.
Founded in 1999, Collaborative Consulting, like other IT firms, has previously helped corporate clients with their software and computer needs by offshoring some tech work to ultra-low-cost countries overseas.
